Outdoor façade roller shutters – adaptive
Security roller shutters (so-called burglar-proof shutters) in the adaptive system are recommended for existing buildings. The armour rolls up into an aluminum box placed on the wall or in a window opening. As a result, the box becomes a decorative element of the building. These roller shutters protect against weather elements and uninvited guests. They are made of PA 37, PA 39, PA 40, PA 52 aluminum profiles with manual, spring or electric drive. The system offers two types of boxes: boxes in the SK 45 system and round boxes in the Owal system.
FUNCTIONALITY
The system is designed for use in existing buildings. The roller shutter rolls up into the aluminum box placed on the wall or in the frame. The box is then a decorative element, matching the appearance of the building. One solution is the possibility of using a mosquito net, built into the roller shutter box (the Moskito system). The integrated system ensures independent operation of the roller shutter and the insect net.
STRUCTURE
Roller shutter profiles and boxes are made of high-quality aluminum sheet, covered with a two-layer varnish coating in the PUR-PA system, characterized by increased resistance to abrasion and weathering. Thanks to the filling foam, the profiles are characterized by good thermal and sound insulation.
CONVENIENCE
Roller shutters can be controlled manually or through an electric drive connected to a control system, allowing them to be operated comfortably.
UTILITY QUALITIES
Thoughtful design of roller blinds and properly selected materials provide effective protection against uninvited guests. In addition, they are excellent thermal insulators, allowing to significantly reduce heating costs in winter and in summer they reduce the heating of rooms. The combination with the Moskito system further protects the interior of the building from insects, while maintaining the access of light and air.
COLOUR PALETTE
The large selection of colours in the standard palette makes it possible to meet the needs of the most demanding customers. Colour coatings of extruded components are made by powder coating.
REQUIREMENTS
The roller shutters are subject to tests carried out by an accredited laboratory and made available to customers of the system.

Window roller shutters
Security roller shutters (so-called burglar-proof shutters) in the window system can be used in new buildings for any window type. The inspection cover on the underside of the roller shutter allows any installation method. It is available with three heights of roller shutter boxes and a wide range of colours.

Flush-mounted roller shutters
Security roller shutters (so called burglar-proof shutters) are a flush-mounted system (SP), fixed in the recess of the wall above the window opening. The inspection cover located in the box allows you to perform maintenance on the mechanical components of the roller shutter from outside the building. The system for use primarily in newly erected buildings, but also in existing buildings (after making the necessary changes within the lintel). It provides an optimal solution for designers and builders. After plastering, the roller shutter box is invisible, and the other components, namely the inspection cover and guides, can be colour matched to the colour of the windows. The flush-mounted components of this system do not interfere with the structure of the window, door and lintel, so they do not disturb the energy balance of the building. In this system it is possible to make the roller shutter only in an externally rolled (left-handed) version.
The roller shutter box built under the existing lintel, plus the SP Moskito system, is an aluminum roller shutter system for newly developed buildings. Roller shutters in the SP system blend with the façade of the building, forming an integral part of it. At the same time, the front of the roller shutter box is an underlay for any finishing material (such as plaster or clinker) so that the box becomes an unnoticeable component of the building façade. The modern design of the SP box makes it possible to perform maintenance and service work on the components of the roller shutter mechanics without disturbing the privacy of householders. The SP system provides perfect thermal and acoustic insulation because, as an additional closure of the opening, it does not interfere with the structure of the lintel, window and door, and thus does not affect their insulating properties.
SP is a system that can also be used in existing buildings during retrofits or when replacing windows. The flexibility of application of this system is further emphasized by the fact that SP roller shutters are offered in a wide range of colours, which allows them to match any façade.
Within the SP system, we also offer a version with an anti-insect net which on warm days, in addition to the aforementioned advantages, allows the user to effectively protect against insects while maintaining the flow of light and fresh air to the interior.

Roller shutter doors
Roller shutter doors can be installed in newly constructed as well as existing buildings. They are made of PA 77 profile filled with polyurethane foam. They are controlled by electric drives, spring mechanisms and electrical devices. One of their main advantages is that they save space. Operating in the vertical plane, the door is ideal where the driveway to the garage is short or leads directly to the street.
Due to its specific purpose, every garage should be a functional and safe room. The garage door is most important device responsible for these properties. The door that not only secures the car, but often also defends access to the house.
FUNCTIONALITY
Roller shutter doors are a versatile solution – the door can be installed both in buildings under construction and in existing buildings. An important advantage of roller shutter doors is space saving. Operating in the vertical plane, the door is a particularly good solution where the driveway to the garage is short or leads directly to the street. This significantly improves the safety of the driver, as the raised armour of the door does not limit visibility. The functionality of the roller shutter door is also proven by its individual components. The profiles from which the armour is built are characterized by good thermal and acoustic insulation. The access of light can be ensured by installing profiles with glazing in the armour.
SECURITY
The roller shutter door is a safe solution in every respect. The armour, made of PA 77 profiles, is resistant to mechanical actions, and solid guides make it much more difficult to pull out. The door also comes standard with a lift protection device. The electromagnetic brake of the actuator driving the door, together with the locking hangers, effectively thwart any attempt to pry the door open. In accordance with applicable standards, our door design also provides protection against crushing by the closing door. If any obstacle is found in the field of the photocell, the door is immediately stopped. Power failure is also not a problem.
In the event of a power outage, the gate can be opened or closed using the emergency manual drive (ANR) which the actuators can be equipped with.

DOOR PROFILE PA 77
It is made of high-quality aluminum sheets for the construction of roller shutter door armours. Emphasis has been placed on the security qualities of the profile. The special shape of the profiles; the appropriate thickness of the sheet allows to build a stable armour resistant to mechanical actions. The use of high-quality varnishes makes the profile coating be characterized by very good durability and increased resistance to abrasion. The profile is resistant to weathering and easy to clean. Its high durability and low weight are absolute advantages. Depending on the needs, PA 77 profiles can be combined in the armour with PER 77 glazing and PEW 77 ventilation profiles.
